    • We provide free delivery and installation for all products and services across Bahrain. Delivery schedules are arranged upon order confirmation to ensure timely service.
  • International Pricing: For services provided outside Bahrain, we account for currency exchange rates, import duties, and local economic conditions. Delivery outside Bahrain is currently unavailable.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE PLOICY


1. Introduction

At BY MB Consultancy, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are provided for our services and products. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Services:

  • Refunds are available for service cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50 BHD.
  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been fully delivered or completed, except in cases where you are dissatisfied due to an issue caused by our team or service quality. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the matter.

Products:

  • Refunds are available for physical products returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Exceptions to Refunds:

  • Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Downloadable Software or Digital Products: Items that cannot be returned or resold.
  • Perishable Items: Products that have a limited shelf life.
  • Products Bought on Sale or Clearance: Items purchased at discounted prices are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same card used for payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Cash Payments: Refunds for cash payments will be made via bank transfer or cash upon request.
  • Benefit, Visa, and MasterCard Payments: Refunds for payments made through these methods will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed back to the original bank account within 7-10 business days.

A processing fee of 5% may be deducted from your refund to cover transaction costs. This will be communicated to you at the time of your refund request.

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully rendered or completed.
  • Products returned in a used, damaged, or non-resellable condition.

CANCELLATON & RESCHEDULING POLICY


1. Introduction

At BY MB Consultancy, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy explains the terms under which service appointments can be canceled or rescheduled. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. We are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency in all our interactions, including managing service cancellations and rescheduling requests.

  • Service Appointments:
    • Eligibility: You may cancel your service appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Advance Payment:
      • Any advance payment made to secure the booking is non-refundable.
      • If a service is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50 BHD will be deducted from the advance payment.
    • No Advance Payment:
      • If no advance payment was made, cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50 BHD, which will be invoiced to the client and must be paid within 14 days of receipt.
    • No Refunds After Service Completion:
      • No refunds will be issued once a service has been fully delivered or completed, except in cases where you are dissatisfied due to an issue caused by our team or service quality. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the matter.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling Requests:
    • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
    • We will do our best to accommodate your request at no additional cost.
    • Any advance payment will be applied to the rescheduled service date.
    • Failure to reschedule within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment.

4. Non-Transferable Bookings

  • Booking Changes:
    • Bookings are non-transferable. Any changes to the person receiving the service or the service itself must be agreed upon in advance by both parties.
    • Unauthorized transfers may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of any advance payments.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to Attend:
    • Failure to attend the scheduled service without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation.
    • In such cases, the full service fee or advance payment will be forfeited.

  • Emergency Situations:
    • Exceptions to this policy may be made in the case of emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of BY MB Consultancy.
